Official Description:.Ultimate Big Chill is the evolved form of a Necrofiggian from the planet Kylmyys. The Ultimatrix enables Big Chill to evolve into Ultimate Big Chill. He takes more a red flame-like appearance. He can still fold his wings and antennae up, and most outlines on his wings have disappeared. Instead of shooting ice breath, he now shoots ice flames which may take the appearance of flames that are frozen.
